Terminal parking and access facts
We're not the terminal car park. Here's what Port Authority of NSW says about parking and access at the White Bay Cruise Terminal.
- There is no long term parking at White Bay Cruise Terminal. The terminal car park is for short stay pick ups only, with a 15 minute maximum.
- On cruise days, road access is via The Crescent and James Craig Road, not Robert Street in Balmain.
- The passenger drop off area is directly outside the terminal. Keep your stop to two minutes or less.
- Bag drop typically opens around 9am and runs until about an hour before departure. Check your cruise line's times.

When you disembark, the pick up area for taxis, rideshare and private vehicles is directly outside the terminal. Arrange your own Uber or taxi back to your car park, or follow the arrangements for your private return transfer.
